I offer counselling as a supportive and collaborative space where you can slow down, feel met, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying. Many of the people I work with come feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to start. My role is to meet you with steadiness, care, and curiosity, and to move at a pace that feels safe for you.

My approach is trauma-informed and relational, with attention to the nervous system, attachment, and the mind-body connection. Sessions are shaped by your needs and lived experience, creating space for understanding, regulation, and meaningful change over time.
